OMG Media Solutions has contracted primarily with local, small minority-owned and small women-owned businesses since its inception and will continue this practice as we grow.  In 2020, our 38 contractors represented 66% of businesses of color (60% Black, 2% Asian, 2% Latinx, 2% Native American) and 34% White. OMG Media Solutions is proud of its track record of out-reach in the community to find qualified businesses to contract.

In addition, OMG Media has an environmental sustainability mission to make every effort to utilize recycled and energy efficient products and technology in our business and everyone we contract with.  Sustainability also applies to making every effort to keep our communities safe, healthy and prosperous.

Proposals submitted after the due date will not be considered. Consultants accept all risks of late delivery or spam delivery submittals regardless of fault.

OMG Digital Media Solutions, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate OMG Digital Media Solutions, LLC to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of their proposals. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate OMG Digital Media Solutions, LLC to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.

General Information
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

OMG Studios is a state-of-the-art digital livestream broadcast studio, where we will continue to produce original, cultural content that can be accessed anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This unique, creative lab will be used to launch new digital innovations such as KZMOHD radio, 24-hour digital stream and social network for OMG Studio’s original cultural content and entertainment.  OMG Studios is in development in the City of St. Paul’s Creative Enterprise Zone (CEZ), in the Vandalia Tower, at 550 Vandalia St., Saint Paul, MN.

OMG Digital Media Solutions, LLC is soliciting requests for proposals for the purpose of building out (remodel) OGM Studios in accordance with the requirements set forth by the City of St. Paul’s Vendor Outreach Program (VOP) that helps local small, small minority-owned and small woman-owned businesses take part on contracts and OMG Digital Media Solutions’ architectural plan.

BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES: Licensed General Contractors shall provide a scope of work and project proposal in accordance with the information provided in this request. The Proposal must include the following elements:

• Company’s Diversity Policy
• Company’s Sustainability Policy
• Company’s Community Commitment Policy
• Vendor Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

Contractors must be licensed and certified, searchable in the City’s of St. Paul database of certified companies at: https://cert.smwbe.com.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this RFP must include confirmation of compliance to the following information and submission of the required documents including:

• Identification of Prime Contractor and Subcontractors (including material suppliers)
• Confirmation of Review / Understanding / Compliance of Vendor Outreach Program
• Contractor Profile

PROPRIETARY PROPOSAL MATERIAL: Any proprietary information revealed in the proposal should, therefore, be clearly identified as such.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluations will be based on the criteria listed below: OMG Digital Media Solutions, LLC will evaluate all proposals based on the scope of services and qualifications outlined herein.  Proposal deadline is Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 6:00pm CST.  Email proposal to: monique@omgmediasolutions.com  Contractors will be notified via email.
